Racers First, unless requested otherwise, offers athletes a three-year contract, self-financed through internal funds. This means the organization initially assumes the financial risk. Once Racers First can sustain an athlete’s first 12 months through sponsor contributions and online shop revenue, a new athlete is invited to join the team.
Our primary goal is to provide athletes with a modest but stable source of income.
This is achieved through shop sales and, in the future, through additional services such as brand development, media training, community news, and dedicated staff support.
Racers First is fully committed—we have skin in the game. Our model prioritizes sustainability: we aim to maintain enough cash and convertible assets to operate for 12 months without external revenue. Our focus is on managing forward liabilities rather than facing liquidity issues with shops or sponsors.
