At Racers First, our goal is to provide athletes with a modest but stable source of income.We work through three-year contracts and only add a new athlete when we can already support them for the next 12 months.
How support is funded
Today, athlete support starts through shop sales, sponsors and racers first capital-
Over time, this will be strengthened by additional services such as brand development, media training, community news, and dedicated staf support
we are building a structure that can support athletes in a real and lasting way.
Racers First is committed for the long run. We aim to maintain enough cash and convertible assets to operate for 12 months without relying on immediate sponsor or shop revenue.
This approach helps us focus on stability, responsible growth, and forward planning instead of short-term pressure.
